NOMA’s “Project Pipeline”

Who is eligible?
Middle and high school students (generally grades 6–12), especially those underrepresented in architecture and design. -
What do students do and learn?
Learn the basics of architecture and design through hands-on projects, drawing, model-making, and mentorship from professional architects. -
When is it held?
Summer (typically June–August), with program length varying by location. -
Where is it held?
In cities across the U.S. through local chapters of National Organization of Minority Architects. Please check website for the list of locations. -
Why attend?
Gain early exposure to design careers, hands-on experience, and mentorship while learning how architecture impacts communities. - Cost?
Typically free, but some have a registration fee. Check the website for your specific location
