The ACE Mentor Program holds a comprehensive insurance package to protect the ACE and its affiliates – including volunteers (board members and mentors), staff, participating firms and contributors – against different liability claims.  To be eligible for the coverage, affiliates must be in good standing, meaning in compliance with ACE policies and requirements.

This document explains the procedure for obtaining a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from ACE’s insurance provider.

Complete this form and include it in your COI request email to ACE’s insurance provider.

Schedule of Insurance

The schedule of insurance is a document that gives the detail on the coverage with policy maximums etc.  This document is available by request.  The document should not be shared with anyone other than active ACE affiliate board members. If you would like a copy of the schedule, please reach out to your regional director.
