Each affiliate must be represented by at least one delegate at the regional meeting. These meetings provide updates on best practices, new initiatives, and emerging tools, along with perspectives from guest speakers across other affiliates. It’s an excellent forum for collaboration, networking, and gathering practical ideas you can immediately apply to enhance your affiliate.
Regional Meeting Dates
West – June 11th-12th (Thurs-Fri)
Northeast – July 28th-29th (Tues-Wed)
South – June 4th-5th (Thurs-Fri)

Program Year 25-26 Registration in the ACE database will close May 1, 2026.
Affiliates should plan to have all participant registrations in well before this date. Participant program statuses must be marked correctly by June 1.
